Field of Jack films are commissioned creative works produced specifically for the individuals and occasions involved.

Because each film is developed uniquely through a structured storytelling process, commissions follow a clear production and payment structure outlined below.

These guidelines help ensure that the commissioning process remains smooth, respectful, and transparent.

A commission begins once:

• the project scope has been agreed, and
  
• the initial booking payment has been received.

This booking payment secures a production slot and allows narrative development to begin.

Most commissions follow a two-stage payment structure:

1. Booking Payment

An initial payment is required to begin narrative development and secure production time.

2. Final Balance

The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the completed film.

Specific payment arrangements may vary depending on the scope of the commission.

Field of Jack films are bespoke narrative works created specifically for the subject of the commission.

Because of this:

• commissions cannot be returned
  
• completed films cannot be exchanged
  
• creative work cannot be reversed once production has begun

This reflects the nature of commissioned creative services rather than standard retail purchases.

If a commission is cancelled before narrative development begins, the booking payment may be refundable.

Once narrative development or production has started, refunds are generally not available due to the time and creative work already invested in the project.
